Project Description

The Perry Hotel is an upscale 100-unit boutique resort on Stock Island, completed in 2017. Charley Toppino & Sons, Inc was the General Contractor on this project in partnership with Marino Construction Group. The Perry has won several prestigious awards in the hospitality community, including making the 2017 Architectural Digest “Top 12 Designed Hotels”, Boutique Hotel Magazines Gold Key Award for “Best Upscale Lobby” and the 2018 Hospitality Design Magazine Award for “Best Upscale Public Place”.
